Welcome to the Chicago Striving Readers Website!CPS’ Striving Readers Project is an adolescent prevention and intervention reading program that targets 6, 7, and 8 graders.
31 Chicago Public Elementary Schools have participated in this comprehensive instructional support package that is designed to improve instructional practices, and raise struggling readers’ academic achievement.
